At the time of booking the client and York Brewery enter into an agreement concerning the use of our premises, number of delegates, use of equipment and catering requirements. 2. If a booking is cancelled the Cancellation Policy (see section 3..) will be put into operation. 3. York Brewery will make the following charges in event of a cancellation of an agreed booking: Cancellation over 31 days prior to meeting No Charge Cancellation within 8 – 31 days prior to meeting 25% of full account Cancellation within 7 – 2 days prior to meeting 50% of full account Cancellation the day before or on the day of the meeting Payment in full 4. If delegates want to take advantage of the ½ price Brewery Tour offered, this must be booked in advance. 5. We cannot accept responsibility for any technical issues unrelated to our equipment on the day, and consequently early attendance for the presenter is recommended 6. York Brewery accepts no liability for the loss or damage of personal possessions while on the premises. 7. The client will be held responsible for an damaged caused to brewery premises, furnishings and equipment, and will indemnify York Brewery against the cost of replacing or repairing the damage. 8. Our invoice charges are subject to V.A.T. 9. Our final invoice should be paid within 30 days of the meeting taking place, and any payment outside this period that is due to the fault of the client will be subject to a 10% surcharge. 10. York Brewery accepts no liability for any breech of these terms and conditions caused by events that are beyond our control, including accidents, fires and civil disorder. Signed Date
