Major Refurbishments were completed in 2003 bringing the Grade II; Red Star listed building into the 21st Century. Conveniently located 5 miles from the A1 and positioned just opposite Ripon’s majestic Cathedral, the Old Deanery is the perfect place to “stay a while amidst its ancient charms” The building dates back to 1625 and is situated on the former monastery of St Wilfrid.

Our modern conference room is centrally located within the main hotel, and comes complete with up to the minute equipment and office support services. With six well- spaced internet, telecom and fax points, the facility comfortably caters for 22 people and can be arranged according to your needs. The Old Deanery hotel is the ideal venue for executive breakout meetings.
