The Hamilton Room is situated on the ground floor of The Lodge and overlooks the apple orchard. With windows occupying most of the two walls the room is very light and has an adjoining suite of syndicate rooms.

The Courtyard Suite is located in a charming landscaped and cobbled courtyard, the suite is specious and light. Three sets of double doors give access on to the courtyard and the room is easily large enough to be set up in any style whilst leaving ample room for role-play. Meeting Rates at The Lodge@Leeming Bar are inclusive of tea & coffee on arrival, room hire, cordials and sweets, pencils, paper, one flipchart, OHP & Screen, TV, video, tea/coffee and biscuits mid-morning, buffet or 2 course lunch with coffee, tea/coffee & cake mid afternoon. Residential 24 hour conferences also include overnight accommodation, three course dinner with coffee and full English breakfast.

Meeting Room Accessibility

The Courtyard Suite is located off the courtyard with access through any of one of three double doors. There is one step up into the room to negotiate. Car parking is close by but the toilet facilities are outside the room up a flight of stairs by reception, these can also be reached without using the stairs by going around the shop.

The Hambleton Room is accessible to both wheelchair users and others of limited mobility.
