The Cairn is a large conference hotel, carefully modernised over the years, but still retaining much of it’s original grandeur and Victorian architecture. The Hotel is situated only minutes walk from both the town and Harrogate International Conference Centre.

As well as 135 beautifully appointed bedrooms, the hotel has 7 function suites of varying sizes catering from 5 – 500 guests. Most function rooms are located on the ground floor within easy reach of our restaurant, bar and spacious lounge. FREE car parking for up to 250 cars can be available.

Travelling by Road

From the North A1 (11kn) Join the A61 to Ripon, continue on to Harrogate. About 1 mile after the village of Killinghall there is a roundabout. Continue straight through following the signs for the town centre. Continue up this road. The hotel is on the right at the top of the hill. From the South and East From the A1 join the A59 and then the A658 and finally the A661 to Harrogate. Turn left at the roundabout and following until the next roundabout. Take third exit when you join the A61 and follow road down the hill towards Ripon. Straight through traffic lights at bottom of hill and continue up the hill. Hotel is on left at top of hill. From the West Follow the M62 to Leeds, then pick up the A61 to Harrogate. You will come into Harrogate via Leeds Road and you will meet a roundabout as you arrive in Harrogate. Continue across roundabout down A61 towards Ripon. Straight through traffic lights at bottom of hill and continue up hill. Hotel is on left at top of hill.
