The Chepstow hotel has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment and offers all the latest amenities for your use. Based just off the M4 and M48 motorways into Wales we offer, in the tradition of an old ‘roadhouse’, a haven for the traveller, and a superb base for the touring visitor. We have our own large adjoining car park for your use and there are many attractions for both young and old within easy reach. Inside you will find the Chepstow Hotel offers excellent value for money as well as relaxing accommodation. A 24-hour room service is available, which includes laundry, valet service and night porter. A lift services two of the upper floors and all of our spacious 31 bedrooms are fully en-suite.

The Two Rivers Suite is suitable for conferences or banquets, and seats up to 80 people Ideal for both conferences and functions, this well appointed room will comfortably seat up to 80 people. Recently re-furbished and fully air-conditioned, the Two Rivers Suite boasts its own entrance into a comfortable reception area. Having its own toilet facilities and well stocked bar, this suite would be equally suited as a self contained venue or as part of the main hotel. The Larkfield Room situated on the upper ground floor, is a boardroom seating up to 20 people in comfort either formally or informally. The Ballroom capable of seating up to 150, is the place for large meetings or private functions such as weddings, dinner dances and other special occasions. For the businessman we can cater for all your needs to make sure your meetings and presentations are designed to suit your exact requirements.Whether you wish to have a small informal meeting or a grander occasion we can accommodate your wishes. The Hotel has 31 bedrooms, all en-suite, perfect for the delegate who may wish to stay overnight. We have a Bistro and other function rooms to serve a variety of menus to cater for all tastes and budgets. We have in-house equipment for hire, and can provide any special requirements on request. For relaxation after your meeting we have bar facilities or perhaps a visit to the surrounding area or a day at the famous Chepstow Racecourse.
