I've added a young professional team and a brilliant chef, Antony Ely, with an infectious passion for food to an elegant country house retreat with acres of secluded gardens. The result is an incredibly relaxing, comfortable haven, with no intrusions, an unpretentious atmosphere , friendly, personal service and divine food set in a fantastic location.
