Travelling by Road

M25/A3 from London Leave the M25 at junction 10 and join the A3 towards Portsmouth for approximately 11 miles. Pass all Guildford turnings and take the exit signposted Godalming and Farnham B3000. At the roundabout, take the 2nd (last) exit towards Farnham. At the next roundabout, take the first exit into Priorsfield Road, signposted Charterhouse and Hurtmore. Continue along this road for approximately 2 miles, past Stag Hill Motors on the left and then Charterhouse School on the right. At the mini roundabout turn left into Twycross Road signposted Farncombe and Binscombe. Then 1st left into Huxley Close. Take the 2nd entrance. The large black and white building is The Manor House. From Junction 11 M25 - 11 miles

Travelling by Train

Godalming Station is a mile away and is on the London Waterloo to Portsmouth line. Guildford is the nearest mainline station and is approximately 6 miles away.

Travelling by Plane

Heathrow - join the M25, heading south and west. Follow directions from M25. Gatwick - join the M23, going north. Exit at junction 7 for the M25 and head north and west. Follow directions from M25. Heathrow 30 miles; Gatwick 40 miles

The Manor House, Surrey- Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Provisional bookings will be held for a period of ten working days, after which time the space will automatically be re-let. Bookings must be confirmed in writing within the ten-day period. Cancellation Policy: If a confirmed booking is cancelled entirely or in part, or amended the following cancellation policy applies: Working Days: Monday - Friday +61 working days: No Charge 11 – 60 working days: 30% of charges agreed and confirmed 6 – 10 working days: 50% of charges agreed and confirmed 5 or less working days: Full amount of charges agreed and confirmed For example: if a confirmed booking is made for a conference room for 25 delegates plus 25 bedrooms but, 10 working days before the event, 10 bedrooms are cancelled, 50% of the confirmed charge for the 10 cancelled bedrooms will be payable. The Manor House may cancel if: The Manor House or any part of it is closed due to fire, dispute with employee (s), alteration, decoration or by order of any public authority. The Client becomes insolvent or enters into liquidation or receivership. The client is more than 30 days in arrears with any payment to the Manor House. The reputation of the Manor House may be prejudiced. The Manor House shall not be responsible for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the Manor House, prior or following your function. We remind you that when bringing in valuables including audio-visual equipment you do so at your own risk. The Manor House accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any valuables left on the premises. We recommend that you insure yourself against any loss or damage, as the Manor House has no such insurance. The Client will be liable for the cost of repairs carried out as a result of any damage caused to any part of the Manor House or the equipment by negligence, wilful act or default of any person invited by you or your behalf to the Manor House. The Client agrees to pay the Conference Centre for any food, beverage or any other services not pre-arranged but made available on the request of the client.
