CONDITIONS OF BOOKING / CANCELLATION BOOKINGS: At least one week prior to commitment of a conference/ course, names of delegates must be given together with a programme showing timings of meals, tea/ coffee breaks etc. full requirements of conference equipment should be given at this time. CANCELLATIONS: Any bookings will be subject to cancellation charges if we are not notified in writing of the cancellation 56 days prior to the date of arrival. Where the complete booking is cancelled, the following sliding scale will be applicable: Cancellation between 56 – 43 days – 30 % of total ex VAT Cancellation between 42 – 29 days – 50 % of total ex VAT Cancellation between 28 – 15 days – 75 % of total ex VAT Cancellation between 14 – 0 days – 100 % of total ex VAT Individual reductions in numbers will be subject to 100% cancellation charges where the hotel is informed 5 days or less prior to the date of arrival. DEPOSITS: A deposit of 50% is required on all pre-booked services for conference bookings. All bookings will be considered as a provisional booking only until such time as that the hotel receives the deposit. Upon cancellation the management reserves the right to retain any deposit paid. PAYMENT: The client is responsible to the hotel for full settlement of all costs arising with agreement. Payment of our accounts must be guaranteed within 14 days of receipt. MISCELLANEOUS: The hotel management reserves the right to alter the tariff with out prior notice. The hotel is entitled to annul the contract without obligation to pay compensation of any kind by reason of strike, a lockout, fire and restriction in deliveries or other special circumstances beyond the control of the hotel.
