The lovely Georgian house is Grade II* listed and is surrounded by its own private park of 255 acres, which means it enjoys complete peace and privacy, together with the most fabulous views over the lake and nearby South Downs.

It is thirty minutes from Gatwick Airport and from the historic city of Brighton.

Shortly after opening in 1996 Newick Park earned, and have retained, the AA's supreme accolade of 'Top 200 Hotels', now known as the 'Inspector's Choice'. We have just been awarded our third AA Rosette, putting us in the top 10% of the country, and making us the only restaurant in East Sussex with this accolade. Other recent awards include the prestigious Conde Nast Johansens's Readers Award for 2008 awarded to the hotel which has had the most positive feedback from Johansen's readers.

We have the flexibility to cater for almost any size of function, from the small private Directors lunch in the oak panelled study to a theatre-style motivational meeting in the library. Alternatively for a larger event we can hire a marquee for you to be assembled on our lawn overlooking our lake and the Sussex Downs or you can have exclusive use of the hotel.

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi, screen and flipchart to any meeting.
