| Conferences, meetings and events will appreciate this East Sussex seaside resort for its traditional seaside character (one of Britain’s best 19th century piers, amusements, beaches and views, Underwater World attraction, Smugglers Adventure experience), its Cinque Port heritage, ruined castle, and also Old Town (fishermen, preserved Net Huts, Shipwreck Heritage Centre, Fisherman’s Museum), together with the nearby Hastings Country Park (600 acres of woodlands, glens, cliff-top walks). Conference delegates can reach Hastings easily using the M25/A21, by train, via cross-channel ferries, and through flights into Brighton or London Gatwick airports.
