Following your booking you will receive confirmation of your conference room hire. We will also contact you to discuss your catering arrangements for your meeting. Once a booking has been made, please be advised that our cancellation policy is 7 days prior to conference, and failure to cancel before this could incur 100% charges being made. Please confirm all cancellations by phone and follow with a fax or email to correspond this. Method of payment: If paying on the day please provide details of the company credit card(including the card holder name) for guarantee purposes. If a credit card number is not provided we cannot guarantee the booking. Please note we do not bill back unless an account is set up and this came be organised with the hotel directly.
