All bedrooms have a writing desk with good lighting, colour TV with teletext, satellite, radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, trouser press, tea/coffee making facilities, radio and telephone in bathroom, safe, network connection and fax line.

Lancaster House recently completed a £3.2 million redevelopment, creating the Bowland Suite, 19 new luxury bedrooms and extensions to both the Sandpiper Leisure Club and Sandeman’s Bar and Lounge areas. The Bowland Conference and Banqueting suite almost doubles the capacity of the Conference Centre, enabling it to accommodate up to 200 delegates, together with the Dalton Suite capacity of 120 and the training rooms and support facilities.

The Conference Centre at Lancaster House is purpose built and used solely for business. It happens to be attached to the hotel, but the two are entirely separate, giving you a dedicated, uninterrupted space to call your own for the duration of your stay. As we are on the edge of Lancaster University’s Campus, the Conference Centre has been created to run seamlessly into the University’s Training and Management Centres, allowing you to access a wealth of superb services, facilities and resources. All conference rooms are fully air-conditioned and sound proofed, have a full wireless network system and enjoy natural daylight.

People use the Lancaster House Conference Centre for so many purposes. That’s why we’ve carefully designed the centre to provide three self-contained Conference Suites, each suite comprising a fully equipped Conference Room with three adjacent Meeting Rooms. Access to each of the sits is gained from the Centre Lounge area and provides the course organiser with an opportunity to run events which require separate work areas for smaller groups around a common Training Room. With a wide range of room combinations we can tailor each space to your specific needs.
