Function and Conference Confirmation, Cancellation and Procedure 1. A letter of confirmation is required to confirm your booking 2. If cancelled less than 7 days before function, 100% of Room Hire fee is payable If cancelled 7 - 14 days before, 50% of Room Hire fee is payable 3. Reductions to delegate numbers must be made no later that 5 days prior to function or original number booked will be charged 4. The Castlefield Hotel reserves the right to allocate any of the Conference Suites dependent on the number of delegates
