An award winning campus-style learning environment set in 300 acres. State-of-the-art communications in a rural, idyllic setting - that’s what the Cotswold Conference Centre can offer you – and it’s unique.

There are seven dedicated training and conference rooms with sever5al holding up to 100 delegates, plus a range of syndicate rooms and individual coffee lounges, too. The lounges have wireless broadband internet connectivitiy for you to stay in touch. Mobile phone reception is excellent across the main networks. The meeting rooms are set up to allow total flexibility over numbers by dividing them according to your needs. There’s also wheelchair access and lifts to all floors.

Each room is bristling with technology. LCD projection equipment is controlled through a ‘Crestron’ infrared panel. This gives the speaker instant ‘one touch’ control over audio-visual equipment, electronic blinds and lights.

Everyone seems to be spellbound by the views across the Vale of Evesham and our 300 acres are open all year for ‘walking and talking’. There are several public footpaths through the Estate and ‘The Cotswold Way’ which runs for 102 miles from Bath to Chipping Campden passes by our door.

Delegates have described us as “a village/campus feel”, “quirky” and “a superb learning environment”. I guess it depends where you sit! Trainers and delegates like the meeting rooms with all the natural daylight, the equipment and the support from our small, friendly team. Our study bedrooms are comfortable, all with ensuite facilities. We have been recognized as an Investor in People and the team at CCC were recently inspected and accredited with Hospitality Assured Meetings (HA/M). This is the ultimate accolade for upholding and practising the highest standards and is the kitemark for the hospitality and meetings industry.

We are a member of the Meetings Industry Association (MIA) which is the recognised trade body for the UK’s conference market and are also active members of Conference Centres of Excellence (CCE) – a marketing group of some of the finest independent meeting venues in England. In September 2004, we were awarded a Gold Award at the regional ‘The Hear of England Excellence in Tourism Awards’ ceremony in the Business Tourism category. Travelling by Plane

Birmingham Airport – 40 miles -1 hour drive.

Travelling by Train

Nearest stations are Moreton-in-Marsh or Evesham. Moreton-in-Marsh is on the London Paddington to Hereford line via Reading and Oxford. From Birmingham, Evesham is best served via Worcester. Both railway stations are a distance of approximately 7 miles

Travelling by Road

A44 From Evesham - approach The Cotswold Conference Centre from the A44 via the Broadway By Pass (follow the A44 Oxford and Broadway Tower sign). The entrance is on the left, hidden amongst trees between two stone pillars, on a sharp right hand bend half way up Fish Hill which overlooks Broadway Village.

From the South: A44 From Moreton-in-Marsh - approximately 6 miles from Moreton-in-Marsh on the A44, after the B4081 junction take the next right turn to Saintbury just before the picnic area. After approx 1/2 mile on the first bend, take the left turn (effectively straight on) and then immediately left again signposted ‘Broadway - unsuitable for heavy vehicles’. This is a steep narrow lane. After 100 yards turn right into the road leading to the entrance to the Estate
