Warwick Conferences is considered to house the widest choice of meeting space in the UK. Based in Coventry in the Heart of England it is centrally located and easily accessible. Three purpose built, dedicated Training and Conference Centres; Scarman, Radcliffe and Arden offer conference facilities all year round and the Conference Park utilises main campus facilities during student vacation periods.

Located on the outskirts of Coventry on 700 acres of rural parkland the modern, academic environment is the ideal location for concentration, learning and team building.

Conference Park Warwick Conferences’ Conference Park utilises the University of Warwick’s main campus facilities during student vacation periods residentially and all year round for day meetings. This multi-functional complex can comfortably accommodate a small presentation for 12 to the most ambitious conference for 1,200 residentially. A wide range of auditoria including the 1,200 seat Butterworth Hall, a 570 seat Theatre and 400 capacity Ramphal Lecture Theatre is available along with 600m² exhibition space, banqueting for up to 600 and over 1,200 bedrooms.

The main restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the chefs develop a wide range of dishes to suit every taste. Alternatively, the award winning chefs can develop a bespoke menu using the freshest seasonal ingredients to cater for your individual taste and budget for up to 600.

Scarman Scarman is the largest of Warwick Conferences’ three dedicated Training and Conference Centres. Operating all year round this venue provides 204 en suite bedrooms of a four star standard. 12 flat floored lecture rooms for up to 100 delegates and an impressive 120 seat tiered lecture theatre are complimented by a further 42 syndicate rooms. All meeting rooms benefit from air conditioning and natural daylight with the latest audio visual equipment including all day seating.

Outstanding fresh food and exciting menus are prepared daily by our award winning chefs and are served in the attractive modern restaurants. A full English breakfast and carvery lunch make the most of working hours while in the evening an exciting, silver service three course dinner is served. Two private rooms, one with an atrium roof and the other formal are available for you to dine in style.

The spacious lounge and bar at Scarman is the ideal place to network and unwind, with comfortable seating and direct access onto a patio and landscaped gardens.

Exercise and games rooms are available at Scarman and guests can also make use of the main campus sports facilities including an indoor, heated swimming pool, sauna and racquet sports.

Radcliffe Radcliffe combines the comfort, service and welcome of a first class hotel with excellent training and meeting facilities. Operating all year round for up to 100 delegates, Radcliffe has 11 air conditioned lecture rooms with natural daylight and a further 32 case study rooms for smaller sessions and/or breakouts. All rooms are fully equipped with the latest audio visual equipment and support.

154 en suite bedrooms operate to a four star standard and have been designed with comfort in mind. The coffee lounge provides unlimited refreshments all day so delegates can take a break at any time. Out of hours the lounge and bar provide a focal point for delegates to socialise, exchange views and discuss the days events.

Arden Arden is the ideal place for people to work, develop and learn. Its comfortable, friendly environment opens onto mature grounds that are ideal for outdoor teamwork and for relaxing after a stimulating day. A full range of spacious and well equipped meeting facilities are complemented by comfortable social spaces.

Operating all year round for residential and day meetings for numbers up to 100, Arden has 10 lecture rooms, 17 syndicate rooms all equipped with the latest technology and natural daylight and 121 en suite double or twin bedrooms.
