The Chase Hotel is a Georgian Country House Hotel set in 11 acres of grounds and landscaped gardens situated only a few minutes walk from the historic market town of Ross-on-Wye.

The 36 en-suite bedrooms have all been refurbished and offer the latest comfort and facilities with trouser press, hair dryer, beverage tray, direct dial telephone, modem points, WiFi internet access, colour television and satellite channels. Executive & Four Poster rooms have added luxuries with feature or Jacuzzi bath. Many of the rooms have commanding views over the grounds.

The Chase has a six conference and meeting rooms which are situated on both the ground and first floors. The Oak Suite which is the largest venue is situated on the ground floor with its own direct access for ease. This room has a host of natural day light with direct access leading out onto the gardens. This is a very versatile room and can accommodate up to 300 delegates theatre style. It is well suited for private functions, sales conferences, product launches, trade shows, fashion shows , boxing and sports dinners, to name but a view of its options. The Oak Suite can be further divided into two small rooms each with its own direct access and private facilities.

Larger event can also be catered for with the installation of a marquee onto the side of the Oak Suite which can further increase floor space or capacity by a further 150 guests.

Joining the Oak Suite is the Garden Room, this further increase capacity. This room is an idea venue as a reception room, syndicate room, or area for breaking out in association with the Oak Suite. Cloakroom facilities are also situated in this room. There is also a host of natural daylight with direct access straight out into the gardens. This room is idea for small meeting for up to 40 delegates and is regularly used in conjunction with team building events where delegates can use this room as a base and have easy access outdoors whilst still being able to freshen up and brainstorm in privacy.

For those who wish to take advantage of over 11 acres of grassland team building and corporate activities are a must. We are well suited for Quad Biking, Honda Pilots, Archery, Shooting or for the more adventurous Hot Air Ballooning from the grounds.

A future three meeting rooms are situated on the first floor. Each room is individual is size and capacity. These rooms have been designed as dedicated meeting rooms ranging from 8 to 20 delegates. These would be ideally suited for those executive boardroom meetings or as syndicate rooms.

The Rosette awarded Harry’s Restaurant has been transformed into a modern contemporary dining venue and incorporates the original Georgian features of this period building whilst bringing the overall design bang up to date with earthy tones, mood lighting, plush leather seating and a fresh modern look. The service is unfussy and informal. The menu is a mix of traditional British with influences from European and Mediterranean counties. The food is vibrant with a mix of colour and textures where the emphasis is on simple good quality food.

The same design and informality has been replicated in the Chase Bar & Lounge where there are nice big sofas, leather seating, wide screen television and a pleasant relaxed atmosphere. Coupled with a range of draught beers, cask ales, cappuccino or espresso to name but a few of the beverage options.

WiFi internet access is also available in both the bar and lounge for those delegates who need to be in constant communication with the wider world.
