A large, spacious Edwardian house, set in its own grounds and with plenty of parking.
The venue is well appointed being within walking distance of the town centre and Christchurch Park. London is one hour away by train (Under two hours drive) and the station is a short 5 minute drive by taxi.
Delegates can relax in the delightful gardens and enjoy seasonal use of a private outdoor heated swimming pool with changing room and towel hire (At an additional charge).
Milnthorpe House offers boardroom style for up to 14 delegates and there are a number of reception rooms to relax during break times. We offer flexible arrangements to suit all budgets: Half day room hire; full day with tea and coffee served and full day package with light home made lunch, tea and coffee. The venue has broadband and Wifi connections, a large screen TV with cable channels and music systems.
Midweek accommodation may also be booked Monday to Thursday by arrangement.
The venue can be booked Monday afternoons, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays or Friday mornings.
Private hire and exclusive use options are also available both mid-week and weekends with outdoor pursuits for team incentives by arrangement.
Milnthorpe House is an excellent venue for private entertaining; celebrations or family retreats and can be booked for weekend hire.
