Located in a picturesque setting along the shores of Rutland Water, the rural accommodation and conference facilities are set in four acres of manicured gardens and parkland, which create a calm and private environment for relaxation and provides the perfect base from which to explore Rutland, the UK's smallest County.

Our converted 16th Century stone buildings include conference rooms which can be arranged flexibly and can accommodate up to 70 Theatre style.
