Originally a rectory dating back to the 16th Century, Whitwell Hotel & Conference Centre comprises a selection of stone buildings that lend themselves perfectly to a range of business, conference, hospitality and leisure. Located in a picturesque setting along the shores of Rutland Water, the rural accommodation and conference facilities are set in four acres of manicured gardens and parkland, which create a calm and private environment for relaxation and provides the perfect base from which to explore Rutland, the UK's smallest County.

Whitwell is situated four miles east of Oakham, the County town of Rutland. Minutes from the A1, Whitwell is within easy reach of Peterborough, Stamford and Oakham railway stations. Whitwell Hotel & Conference Centre has fully equipped conference facilities comprising of 10 dedicated conference rooms, a large team build area and a further 5 syndicate rooms. Our converted 16th Century stone buildings include conference rooms which can be arranged flexibly and can accommodate up to 70 Theatre style.

Whitwell Hotel & Conference Centre offers comfortable rural accommodation, with 34 en-suite bedrooms situated throughout our 5 country houses. All of our bedrooms include the usual modern amenities, such as: Colour TV, Radio alarm clock, direct dial telephone, hair-dryer and tea/coffee making facilities. Whitwell Hotel & Conference Centre has ample car parking provided free of charge to all guests.
