A charming rustic hotel, set in beautiful countryside in the heart of England. Our 100 bedrooms are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated. Coupled with our excellent conference, function and leisure facilities, atmospheric Barn Restaurant and bar The Olde Barn can accommodate your every need. We are conveniently situated just one from the A1 north of Grantham, and have free car parking for excess of 250 vehicles.

Our award winning conference facilities, are officially ‘the best in England’ as described by East Midlands Tourism. The three conference suites, six meeting rooms and grounds can be hired for private dining, conferences, seminars, meetings, banquets and informal summer barbeques and Christmas parties.

The conference suites and additional meeting rooms, are individually designed with their own character and charm to cater for both large and small groups. We have created an effective working environment that helps delegates achieve business results. Large conferences can comfortably be accommodated in the Allington, Newton and Brook/Barkston/Beckett suites, with breakout sessions taking place in our smaller meeting rooms, situated on the first floor which is serviced with a lift. Our conference suites and meeting rooms are equipped with a screen, overhead projector, flipcharts, pens tv and wireless internet connection, all of which is included in the delegate and room hire rates.

Allington Suite: The newly built Allington Suite can accommodate up to 300 delegates theatre style. The suite is self-contained with bar, kitchen and outside seating and patio area and benefits from natural lighting.

The Newton Suite: Situated in the hub of the hotel the Newton Suite, with it’s oak beams and courtyard garden is ideal for private dining, conferencing and functions. It can comfortably accommodate 150 delegates theatre style.

The Brook/Barkston/Beckett Suite: These light and airy rooms can either be used as individual units or as one large conference suite that can accommodate up to 90 delegates theatre style.

The Marston and Hougham Suites: Although separate suites the Hougham and Marston suites are linked with kitchen and toilet facilities, making these rooms the ideal place to escape to carry out the business undisturbed. These self contained units can each accommodate up to 16 delegates comfortably boardroom style.

New Meeting Rooms: Our four new simplistic meeting rooms are ideal for smaller gatherings, accommodating 16 delegates boardroom style.

We have designed our conference packages to meet the business market, however we appreciate your requirements may be different. Our conference coordinator will work with you from your initial enquiry, and is happy to design a bespoke package specifically to meet your requirements and budget.

We can offer a range of corporate events through our key partners, JM Kartsport, a local go karting circuit and Gorse Lodge who can offer clay pigeon shooting, and archery. Team building services can also be bought in to meet requirements and budgets.
