Ideally located on the beautiful shores of Lake Geneva the Montreux Conference and Exhibition Centre, with its construction of transparent glass, was built in 1974, on the very banks of the lake; periodically enlarged since then, it assumed its definitive shape in 1993, with the inauguration of the Stravinski Auditorium's prestigious concert hall. The complex offers 18'000 square meters of flexible space with breathtaking view of the Alps, including an auditorium which can seat from 500 to 1800 persons. The 2M2C, home of the Montreux Jazz Festival, is right in the heart of the resort in walking distance to the hotels, the restaurants, the casino and the train station.
