The AA five-star Radisson SAS St. Helen’s Hotel Dublin is one of the finest hotels in the Irish capital. Just three miles south of the city centre, it stands in magnificent formal gardens surrounded by established woodlands on the Stillorgan Road overlooking Dublin Bay. The hotel was formerly one of Ireland’s most important historic houses, and has been meticulously restored and adapted to provide five-star luxury accommodation for both the business and leisure traveller.
As well as being a major centre for culture and the arts, Dublin has evolved as a thriving business community, and our comprehensive conference facilities and dedicated event organisers reflect this. We have 11 conference and banqueting suites on two floors which can accommodate up to 350 people theatre-style, a reception for 300 or dinner for 220 guests. Our hotel is an ideal choice for incentive groups and residential conferences. Flexibility is our byword, and the largest conference suite, the Pembroke Suite, can be divided into two or three units, as desired. The Concourse area with full service bar is designed for welcome receptions, registration and coffee breaks. The Belville and Shrewsbury Suites - ideal for smaller banquets, training seminars or break-out meetings, complete our ground floor conference complex.
The six meeting rooms in the main house are elegant and individual in style and décor. All have been meticulously restored to their former gracious elegance and are named after previous owners of the house. These rooms are the perfect choice for smaller meetings or private events, we can cater for up to 70 people in these rooms.
To ensure your meeting is successful our dedicated meetings and events team can organise all your requirements for the day, from the layout that will suite your meeting to refreshment breaks and audiovisual technology. All our meeting rooms have the addition of natural daylight and air conditioning.
The original dinning room of the house has been renamed as Le Panto. The name originates from the battle of Le Panto, a copper representation of the battle hangs over the fireplace. Le Panto now offers guests an exquisite private dining experience with the high ceilings and chandeliers with views and access over the four areas of magnificent formal gardens. Le Panto offers a great setting for private drink receptions and private dining for up to 80 guests.
During your leisure time at the hotel we have our fully-equipped fitness room, located on the lower ground floor, it is ideal for the health conscious, while the beauty salon offers massage and beauty treatments to ensure you will look and feel your best. You can also relax in our Ballroom lounge or the Orangerie Bar, which is a unique Victorian Style Conservatory with magnificent views of the gardens, both are located on the ground floor of the main house. A refreshing light menu is available from lunch to early evening. Whereas if you are in need of something more substantial our Talavera Restaurant offers a la carte authentic Italian cuisine in relaxed, atmospheric surroundings with four dining rooms, cosy fireplaces and candlelight. |
