One of Germany’s best conference and event hotels is located in the centre of the country. The Hotel Freizeit In has 44 fully equipped conference rooms for 10 – 1200 people together with 212 modern bedrooms, 7 restaurants, a bowling centre and the newly built Vital Spa which combines health, beauty and fitness. For the smaller meeting, the hotel offers the ‘Seminarvilla’ which holds conferences with a full service package for a maximum of 18 delegates.
All conference rooms are air-conditioned, have daylight and are equipped with the most modern conference techniques. DSL, WLAN, ISDN and analogue data connections are available in all conference rooms plus conference area. The hotel is specialised for large venues requesting multiple satellite rooms.
For that ‘special venue’, the hotel offers the ‘XL Orient Lounge’ – an oriental style location directly situated within the hotel complex. Have your delegates dressed in original Kaftans and enjoy the flair of oriental food and atmosphere. You will be able to create your own ‘special event’ by combining packages.
For your comfort the hotel offers 620 complementary parking spaces on site combined with a complimentary shuttle-service between the hotel and the main train station in Goettingen. The ICE-train station is the most frequented station in Germany and connects directly with all major cities. The international airports, Hannover (80 mins.) and Frankfurt (120 mins.) are connected directly by train to Goettingen.
